Ludovic Petit
Chief Executive Officer
Ludovic Petit is the Chief Executive Officer of Exeevo, where he leads the company’s mission to redefine the life sciences commercial ecosystem through AI-driven innovation. Since joining Exeevo in April 2022, he has been a driving force behind the company’s strategic growth, previously serving as Vice President of AI and Product Strategies.
With over 25 years of experience, Ludovic is a recognised expert in digital transformation and in scaling technology platforms that bridge the gap between complex market data and commercial execution. Before Exeevo, he held senior leadership roles at ICON plc, where he was instrumental in designing next-generation commercial and clinical solutions across Product Management and Business Consulting.
His expertise in global CRM and Business Intelligence includes 15 years at Cegedim Dendrite (now IQVIA), where he led expansion across EMEA and LATAM and played a key role in developing CRM infrastructure in North America.
Ludovic began his career as a System and Network Engineer at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). He holds a Bachelor of Science from Paris Descartes (University Paris V) and a Master of Computer Science from Paris Diderot (University Paris VII).
Reeba Thomas
Head of People
Reeba Thomas is a transformative people leader with over 25 years of experience shaping enterprise HR strategy at the intersection of talent, technology and business transformation. At Exeevo, she helps power the company’s growth by reimagining how people, data and AI come together to drive performance, innovation and scale.
Partnering closely with senior leaders, she aligns workforce strategy with business priorities, builds future-ready capabilities and leads change at scale, embedding digital fluency, leadership effectiveness and resilience into the organisation. A passionate advocate for AI-led HR transformation, she champions advanced analytics and intelligent tools for smarter decisions and an elevated employee experience.
Reeba previously held senior HR leadership roles at Microsoft, TE Connectivity, Thermo Fisher Scientific and the Azim Premji Foundation, and is a Certified Independent Board Director, bringing a strong governance mindset and enterprise perspective to her work.
Vivek Iyer
Head of IT and AI Initiatives
Vivek leads IT and AI initiatives at Exeevo, spearheading the strategic evolution of the company’s enterprise technology and intelligent systems. With over 18 years of experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, he specialises in architecting complex Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that bridge functional design and scalable enterprise integration.
A specialist in the life sciences and financial services domains, Vivek provides technical leadership for strategic presales and orchestrates agentic AI frameworks for Pharma and MedTech on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry. Beyond product innovation, he is driving the cross-departmental integration of AI and modernising DevOps operations to improve internal efficiency and delivery across the organisation.
Vivek ensures enterprise initiatives remain compliant with global requirements such as ISO, GDPR and the Sunshine Act. Working with cross-functional teams, he guides the transition from legacy systems to AI-augmented ecosystems, keeping technology aligned with the data rigours of modern life sciences.
Lokesh Shetty
Head of Professional Services
Lokesh Shetty leads Professional Services at Exeevo, overseeing the global teams that deliver mission-critical CRM solutions for the life sciences industry. With over 19 years of experience in enterprise technology and consulting, he specialises in complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, multi-country rollouts and quality engineering for the pharmaceutical, biotech and MedTech sectors.
His leadership spans North America, Europe and Asia, where he manages large-scale digital transformation programmes. He is modernising the delivery lifecycle with AI-powered automation and intelligent quality engineering, so Exeevo’s clients achieve faster time-to-value and greater platform reliability.
Lokesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering and champions a high-performance culture in and out of the office. An avid endurance athlete, he spends his time away from technology running marathons, hiking and scuba diving.

Simmya leads R&D at Exeevo, directing the development of enterprise-grade CRM and mobile solutions for the global life sciences industry. With deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, cloud-native microservices and hybrid mobile architectures, she manages high-performing full-stack teams focused on scalable, high-performance digital platforms.
A champion of technical modernisation, Simmya is spearheading the integration of generative AI and intelligent automation into Exeevo’s core product suite. By architecting AI-driven data insights and agentic workflows, she helps pharmaceutical organisations accelerate product innovation and streamline clinical engagement.
Dedicated to engineering excellence, she drives AI-augmented development workflows and performance optimisation, and mentors her teams to bridge legacy systems and intelligent, future-ready architectures, keeping Exeevo at the forefront of digital transformation in healthcare.
Raja Somasekhar Gupta
Head of Finance
Raja Somasekhar Gupta partners with Exeevo’s CEO and the Valsoft leadership team to shape the company’s financial strategy and long-term growth. He leads the finance function end to end across all of Exeevo’s geographies, covering financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, pricing, treasury, accounts receivable and payable, and regulatory compliance, and also supports the company on legal matters.
A Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) with nearly two decades of experience in finance, Somasekhar previously served as Finance Controller – APAC at Pega and Global Finance Centre Controller at Honeywell, and began his career in audit and assurance at Deloitte.
