Derek J. Evans

Chief Executive Officer

Derek joined Exeevo as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer in October 2021. Prior to Exeevo, Derek was Senior Vice President, Commercial Organization of the Americas at Aris Global.

Before joining Aris Global, Derek was Senior Vice President Professional Services at Symphony Health, leading the company’s consulting and services practices. During his tenure at Symphony Health, he held several other pivotal leadership positions, including Vice President and Practice Lead, Health Data Services, which provided cloud-enabled data integration and management services to Life Sciences organizations.

Derek was also the co-founder of Software Associates International, Inc. (SAI), a company that offered innovative technology solutions focused on the Commercial Operations functions of Life Science corporations. SAI grew to over $22M in revenue and was subsequently acquired by Dendrite. Prior to launching SAI, Derek held several increasingly senior positions at Dendrite (Cegedim) in global markets, including Australia, the UK, Japan, and the US.

Derek holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Macquarie University.

Leon Kang

General Manager, China

Leon has over 15 years of Life Science’s experience.

Before joining Exeevo, Leon worked for Accenture China where he helped double their Life Science’s commercial accounts. Prior to Accenture, he worked at Veeva China and was responsible for the sales team.  During that time, his team achieved the number one global ranking in sales growth.  Leon began his career at IBM China.

Leon holds an MBA from Tongji University and a Bachelor of Telecommunication Engineering from Shanghai University.

Thierry Durand

Senior Vice President, Key Account

Thierry is known for his proactive corporate leadership that enables organizations to position themselves as preeminent thought leaders, surpass competitive offerings, and overcome market challenges before they occur. His ability to clearly present value to Tier I stakeholders, penetrate untapped global/regional markets, and transform internal operations into a performance-centered culture has established a career history of record accomplishments.

Prior to Exeevo, he was CEO and President of Pilgrim Quality Solutions where he was recruited to company by PE firm post-acquisition in 2011 to plan and implement major re-engineering of organization, including replacing and hiring key personnel, establishing overall and departmental budgets, processes / procedures / KPIs, improving company culture / employee satisfaction / company reputation, reorganizing / rebranding product offering.

Before Pilgrim he was Senior Vice President Global Sales and Business Development for Systech International where he was mandated to aggressively grow market share both directly and through channel partners in North America, EU, Middle East, and APAC which resulted in signing company’s first global contract with top 3 Pharmaceutical Company for ~$10M over 5 years.

Thierry holds an MBA, Marketing from the University of San Francisco, an MBA Management from the ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion and a DESS, Informatics from the Université Lumière Lyon 2.

Ronnie Wankadia

Vice President – Engineering & Technology

Ronnie Wankadia heads our Engineering and Technology division. Ronnie is recognized for excellence in product development and delivery of CRM solutions for global life sciences companies. He has over 25 years of experience in leading national and global implementations. He has spearheaded healthcare digital transformation programs in developing countries by integrating payers and providers on high-tech, government-regulated digital platforms.

In his career at Dendrite International NJ (USA), Ronnie led the technology and professional services functions to implement CRM solutions for international pharma companies such as Sanofi, Aventis, J&J, and Bristol Myers Squibb. In the subsequent years at Cegedim Bangalore (now IQVIA), he led the pharma CRM, Master Data Management, and Compliance solutions delivery for Life Sciences organizations in North America, LATAM, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

At IQVIA, Ronnie directed business development for Pharma CRM across South Asia, including the business practice for healthcare digital transformation in the Middle East region for the IQVIA Payer-Provider and Government (PPG) business. As the head of the PPG technology business, Ronnie’s responsibilities spanned across project management and governance, product management and development, quality assurance, product and operations support, and client services.

Ronnie holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from NJIT (USA) and Executive education from the Yale School of Management

 

Ludovic Petit
Associate Vice President, Product Success

He is responsible for driving our enterprise solution SaaS innovations.

Prior to Exeevo, Ludovic held senior positions at Symphony Health, where he worked across Product Management, Business Consulting, Innovation, and Enterprise Architecture. During his tenure at Symphony Health, Ludovic was instrumental in designing Commercial and Clinical platforms and solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Before Symphony Health, Ludovic spent over 15 years at CegedimDendrite (now IQVIA). He supported the company’s global expansion in EMEA and LATAM. He also played a key role in developing CRM and business intelligence activities in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Ludovic began his career as a System and Network Engineer at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Ludovic holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Paris Descartes (University Paris V) and a Master of Computer Science degree from Paris Diderot (University Paris VII).

Reeba Thomas Manoj
Associate Vice President, Human Resources

Reeba brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, specializing in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. As the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Exeevo, she is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies.

Before joining Exeevo, Reeba held senior Human Resources roles at TE Connectivity, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Azim Premji Foundation, and Microsoft. In these roles, she led initiatives that improved employee retention, streamlined HR processes, and enhanced organizational effectiveness.

Reeba holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Production engineering, from Bangalore University and is a Certified Independent Board Director.
