New York, NY—March 1, 2023 —Today, Exeevo a global enterprise SaaS leader focused on the Life Sciences industry, announced its expanded partnership with Sanofi SA (NASDAQ: SNY) in China launching their next-generation unified omnichannel OneCRM customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
Sanofi China chose Exeevo as they were impressed with their capability to rapidly create and deploy a single solution for their commercial customer-facing applications. This new solution OneCRM propels Sanofi China to the forefront of intelligent innovation as a digital-first market leader in China. It allows them to deliver outstanding customer experience and corresponding commercial results. Critically, Exeevo’s Omnipresence was the only solution that adhered to Chinese data privacy regulations including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
Sanofi China’s enterprise OneCRM solution, powered by Exeevo Omnipresence CRM, is built atop the robust class-leading Microsoft stack. It is a modern, intelligent, unified digital ecosystem integrated with Commercial, Retail, Event Management, and GoApp for field sales.
The initial phase of the solution went live on March 1st, 2023, with 5,400+ users. Subsequent phases included Event Management and Retail CRM, which empower an additional 1,000+ users. Exeevo will provide ongoing managed services to ensure a seamless transition to maximize the total cost of ownership for Sanofi.
